An industry veteran of over 20 years, John has traveled extensively with a fly rod in hand, but his preferred days afield are in the north woods with his German Shorthair Pointer, Top, chasing grouse and woodcock. John also enjoys canoeing, wilderness camping, and drift boating rivers. He resides in Illinois (but calls Wisconsin home) with his wife and seven children. John is a member of the NRA, Ruffed Grouse Society, Ducks Unlimited, Whitetails Unlimited, Federation of Flyfishers, and the American Legion. He is a former Marine and a graduate of Marquette University.
An industry veteran of nearly 30 years, Brian grew up in Northwest Indiana surrounded by 3 lakes – Wolf Lake, Lake George, and “The Pond” (Lake Michigan). Brian’s passion for fishing was spawned in these lakes and in northwestern woods of Wisconsin, during annual family vacations. Brian's other outdoor pursuits include camping and hunting, for Upland Game, Whitetail Deer, and Wild Turkey. His favorite activity is to accompany the harvest with something from the backyard garden, and the perfect wine pairing. Always looking for a new challenge, Brian has spent the last year and a half training his new upland hunting companion, Grace. Brian is a graduate of Earlham College, a member of La Bonne Vie Wine Society, and the NRA. He currently resides in Darien IL. with his wife and 3 children.
